The TProfessional Basic Thermocycler features a gold anodized 96 well block with excellent temperature uniformity.
A 96 well Gradient version for quick optimization of new protocols is also available.
 

NEW Anodized XL Block
 
The TProfessional Basic XL Thermocycler features an anodized 96 well block for large volumes up to 100µl. The XL block is especially developed for special applications where large volumes are required like emulsion PCR for new generation sequencing.

The Thermocyclers TProfessional Basic and TProfessional Basic XL have two different blocks. The block of the TProfessional Basic Thermocycler is made for a maximum reaction volume of 70µl, the block of the TProfessional Basic XL Thermocycler is higher and made for a maximum reaction volume of 100µl.
