FilterBiometra offers six different color filter mdules and four FRET filter modules for the TOptical Thermocycler. The six color filter modules cover a spectrum from green to far red emission. For each filter examples of dyes that can be detected are given. Of course also other dyes having similar excitation and emission maxima may be used. In addition, for FRET applications four filter modules are avaible. The corresponding dye combinations are given in the table. Filter | Wavelengths
