The Mini-V8.10 Blot Module operating in the buffer tank of the Mini-V8.10 vertical gel electrophoresis apparatus allows the blot transfer of proteins and nucleic acids from one or two 8 x 10 cm gels at a time. During blotting the apparatus can not be used for electrophoresis. Because of the tank design the system accepts most of the commercial offered 8 x 10 cm precast gels. The buffer volume of approx. 1000 ml is sufficient for cooling even at higher current.
